Behavioral Asst./Case Manager I: Reach Day Treatment; FT, Bachelor's degree preferred. HS Diploma required with previous human services experience. Previous case management experience working in a school setting preferred. CDCA certification a plus. Flexible scheduling/some evenings required.
Behavioral Specialist: Youth Residential Treatment; FT/PT, HS Diploma with CDCA certification preferred and previous human services experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous case management experience working in a residential setting preferred. Flexible scheduling/some evenings required.
Substance Abuse Counselor II: FT, LDCDII / LCDC III licensed candidates. Must have experience with individual and group counseling. Must be able to work with adults. Bachelor degree with LSW a plus. Flexible scheduling/some evenings required.
Substance Abuse/ MH Counselor: FT, LSW/LISW licensed candidates. Must have experience with Substance Abuse counseling and able to work with adults and youth. Individual and group experience preferred. Bachelor degree with LSW. Master with LISW preferred. Flexible scheduling/some evenings required. Will work at the Findlay location.
Case Manager (PASS): FT, HS Diploma with CDCA certification preferred and previous human services experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous case management experience working in a school setting preferred. Flexible schedule/some evenings required.
Licensed MH Counselor II (MH/SA) FT, LISW or LPCC req. Experience with Mental Health/Substance Abuse, Trauma scope, Shelters, Recovery housing, and Community recovery housing. Experience with individual & group treatment service preferred.
Mental Health Counselor I (PASS): Seeking LSW or LPC candidates with knowledge of assessment to provide mental health, AOD treatment and case management services to children and adolescents in a school setting. FT, flexible.
Program Director: FT, LSW or LPC licensed candidates with previous management experience and knowledge of Mental Health/Substance Abuse and Individual & Group treatment services preferred. Experience with transitional youth/adults a plus.
Collection Technician: PT, individual will be responsible for conducting urinalysis (alcohol/drug) screenings and electronic background checks in a behavioral healthcare environment. Desirable candidates will be available 29 hours a week to complete the following duties: working at the front desk at the Tremainsville location. High school diploma or GED required, similar experience preferred.

The New Hire Orientation is going to be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. The orientation will be held in the all-staff meeting area by the BTC Administrative Offices on the 4th floor from 9:00AM - 12:30PM.
A Renewed Mind will be closed for the holidays on December 24th and 25th, 2014.
